First i want to say sorry if my english is not very good, i used to write and speak it very good but I've kind of forgotten. Last saturday was the last day i ate meat and i feel great about it I'm decided to become a vegetarian, that's why i decided to look for pages like this, to search for information about nutrition and specially to meet veggie or vegan people. I hope you write to me.

Hi! I'm new too in this site and hopefully be able to meet some good friends whom I can communicate and get some interesting ideas. Personally, I am not yet a total vegan, but partial only, but looking forward to becoming one in the near future. Am glad you finally decided to become a vegan.. that's good and I congratulate you for that.

Hiya isabelle I have been a Vegan for 12 years and a two years before that i was a veggie. Carry on eating all your veg. Soya bean has most of the essential oils, proteins. Bieng a veg. i would advise getting a lot of sun for the vitamin D. And if you feel lethargic add some vitamin B12 to your diet. Personally i drink malt drinks rich in vitamin B. Spinach, Beetroot For Iron. Peanuts and soya for protein. Soya milk is so healthy. Aftre turning veggie u might get cravings for meat ( especially Red meat because of the addictive toxins)good luck babe. Think of the Animals you will help save and remember the meat trade is based on supply and demand.

Hey Isabella, con grates on becoming veg. I've been a vegetarian for about 13 years now. And I've seen alot of people attempt and fail, due to lack of knowledge. The key is to get your 8 essential amino acids every day. Tofu is the only legume that covers all of them. Other than tofu, you'll have to combine grains and beans within a four hour period to make complete proteins. As well you'll need a daily supply of 3,6,9, essential oils. Other than that, eat what you will. Daily muti vitamins are also a good idea. Good luck Drew
